I recently had Thatch Roof Artisans carry out a major service on my existing thatch roof, and I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and overall service. From the initial inspection to completion, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. Jami and his team clearly have deep knowledge of thatch roofing. They paid great attention to detail, addressed problem areas thoroughly, and ensured the roof was restored to an excellent condition. The site was kept neat, timelines were met, and communication throughout the job was clear and honest. It's reassuring to work with artisans who take genuine pride in their craft. I would confidently recommend Thatch Roof Artisans to anyone needing maintenance, repairs, or major servicing of a thatch roof.
